Can I download books?

No. Books are only accessible via your online account.

What happens when the site goes under maintenance or there is no access to the site?

From time to time, we will have to perform some maintenance on the site. We will provide a notification of when the site will go down for maintenance. We will try to keep disruptions to a minimum, but please be aware that some things are outside of our control. Internet access disruptions can prevent access to the site.

Are printed editions available for purchase?

Not at this time. We are currently focused on eBook sales with the store.

If I purchased a printed copy of a book, can I get the eBook at a discount?

One of the reasons for creating the site was to have this as an option, but we are not offering discounts at this time. Keep watching the site for new purchase options.

Are eBooks searchable?

The flipbooks are not text searchable.

Can I do a partial refund on an order?

No. We only can refund the whole order.

How do I close my account?

First, please request a refund for any purchased books within the 10-day grace period. Your contact information must match that of your payment card in order to request a refund. Second, send us a note via the Contact page that you want to close your account.

If I close my account, can I get a refund for the books that were purchased?

Yes and no. Books purchases within the 10-day grace period will be refunded. All books where the 10-day grace period has expired will not be refunded.

I see Payment methods in my Dashboard, do you store payment information for future purchases?

No. For security reasons, we do not store payment card information on the site. We also do not allow payment information to be store on the credit card processing company’s site. You will have to enter your payment card information every time your purchase a book.
